An Anointing

1 John 2:20-21 But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things.  I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

Just added another study from the Epistle of John in which it speaks of the anointing that every believer has.

  2. I completely agree with you Mr Spearman. The people who say that they were saved but got pulled away from their salvation. The thing is if they were entirly saved, you new that Jesus Christ died for you wouldnt be dragged away from that beleif. I realy find that story of Lisa very entertaining and Mrs Spearman was hilarious.I agree with you that you should never say no to the Holy Spirit and if your not sure you should neither say yes, unless you are truly sure you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior.

First of all, I think this is very cool that you recorded this in (chapel)? well anyway, I completely agree with you, believers deserve to be annointed! I am a little confused about what would happen to non-believers and hypocrites though. I thought it was very funny when you talked about the woman cheating cheating on her wife, you can really make class fun!I like that this recording talked about some really good points about annointing. This recording as very short.

  4. i like this teaching. I can completely understand what youre saying about how some people in the church who left the church for worldly things...really never were filled with the holy spirit. you cannot lose your faith. if you do, then you never really had faith. its like going to school and then coming home and not believing that you just went to school! exactly... it doesnt make sense. what i have just written is what stood out to me the most! and i like the little bit of humor you always have in your teachings/sermons. and i agree with the fact that a hard time in your christian faith, will test weather or not you have faith.
